Barabati Stadium T20 Match List – Barabati Stadium is an Indian sports stadium located in Cuttack, Odisha, used primarily for cricket and football, but also occasionally for concerts and field hockey. It is a regular fixture of international cricket and the home of the Odisha cricket team. The stadium is owned and managed by the Odisha Olympic Association. It also applies to the football community. It hosts the Santosh Trophy national football tournament and Odisha First Division League state football matches.
The Barabati Stadium is one of the oldest stadiums in India, having hosted many touring teams such as the MCC, West Indies and the Australians before hosting its first international match. He played only his third one-day international in the country in January 1982, where India dispatched him for five wickets to take the series 2–1. He played his first Test match in five years, where India faced Sri Lanka. Although no longer one of the regular Test participants, it still enjoys international status and regularly hosts one-day internationals. Also in 2013, the Women’s Cricket World Cup was held.

The cricket ground and football ground are equipped with floodlights for day and night matches and are a permanent venue for ODI matches. It was the adopted home for former Indian Premier League franchise Deccan Chargers. The Barabati Stadium successfully served as a venue for both the Indian Premier League and the now defunct Odisha Premier League. It also hosted the Sior Wom’s T20 Challger Trophy 2020 from 4 to 11 January 2020.

At the Barabati Stadium in Cuttack in January 1982, India hosted only the third One Day International in the country, defeating India by five wickets to take the series 2–1. In their first Test match here in five seasons, the Sri Lankans were greeted by an inept wicket that gave them an unexpected bounce. The stadium was the main venue for the 2012 Santosh Trophy football tournament which was won by Services. The Barabati Stadium in Cuttack has hosted two T20I matches so far. He also played 19 ODIs, two Tests and seven Indian T20 League matches.

Highest partnership: India’s middle-order batsmen MS Dhoni and Manish Pandey have the highest partnership in the shortest format here. The duo recorded an unbeaten 68-run partnership for the fourth wicket against Sri Lanka in 2017.
Highest Total: Bengal cricket team scored highest total against Arunachal Pradesh at Barabati Stadium in T20 cricket. In the Syed Mushtaq Ali Group 2019 match, Bengal were led by Wriddhiman Saha’s 129 off 62 and Vivek Singh’s 49 to post 234/6. In reply, Arunachal Pradesh could only manage 127/4 in the 20th over as Bengal cruised to victory by 107 runs.

Most runs: Bengal’s Wriddhiman Saha has scored the most runs in T20 cricket at the Barabati Stadium. The right-handed batsman scored 319 runs in the shortest format, including a top score of 129 against Arunachal Pradesh.
Most wickets: Former Bengal all-rounder Ashok Dinda has picked the most wickets at the Barabati Stadium in domestic T20 cricket. Deenda took 12 wickets on this pitch – the most by any bowler in the shortest format.
