His sons Tom, Ben and Sam are all cricketers in England. Tom and Sam have played international cricket many times before.
Sam Curran, who is the player of the tournament in the 2022 T20 World Cup, made his ODI World Cup debut on Thursday, October 5, against New Zealand and scored the only wicket that England managed.
