India will take on New Zealand in a bid to avenge their 2019 semi-final defeat and on October 22 at the beautiful Dharamsala Hall, Australia will face arch-rivals England on November 4 in Ahmedabad. The defending champions reached the final four years ago, defeating the Australians.
India will host England, who defeated them in the semi-finals of the 2022 World Cup last year, in Lucknow on October 29.
World Cup Next Fixtures
The first semi-final will be played in Mumbai on Wednesday 15 November, while the second semi-final will be played the following day in Kolkata. Both semi-finals will have a reserve day.
The final will be played on November 19 at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, with November 20 set as a reserve day.
The total 10 locations will be Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Dharamsala, Delhi, Chennai, Lucknow, Pune, Bengaluru, Mumbai and Kolkata.
Apart from Hyderabad, the warm-up matches will be held in Guwahati and Thiruvananthapuram from September 29 to October 3.

The schedule for the 2022 World Cup in Australia has been announced, and the draw for the first round and Super 12 groups has been confirmed.
The tournament runs from Sunday 18 October to Sunday 13 November and features 16 teams and seven city matches across Australia. Of these 16 countries, 12 have already been confirmed and the last four will be determined by the Global Qualifiers.
In group 1 there are England, New Zealand, Australia and Afghanistan, and in group 2 India, Pakistan, South Africa and Bangladesh.
The Super 12 kicks off in dramatic fashion with a meeting between the two 2021 World Cup finalists in Sydney, with New Zealand facing defending champions Australia on Saturday 22 October.

The excitement of the opening weekend doesn’t stop there, with India and Pakistan set to clash on Sunday, October 23, the second day of the Super 12s, in one of the most anticipated matches of the tournament.
The Super 12 will last two weeks, and the two groups will conclude on the weekend of November 5 and 6.
Apart from Australia vs New Zealand and Pakistan vs India on the opening weekend, the other matches stand out as key fixtures in the Super 12 round.
The 2021 semi-final between England and New Zealand will be replayed at The Gabba on Tuesday, November 1, when both teams play their final group game in the evening.

The 10 teams participating in the qualifying round are divided into two groups of five teams each. Hosts Zimbabwe, West Indies, Netherlands, Nepal and USA are in Group “A” while Sri Lanka, Ireland, Scotland, Oman and United Arab Emirates are in Group “B”.
Each side plays the other teams in their group once, with the top three from each group advancing to the Super Six. In the Super Six, they will play against sides they did not face in the group stage.

Group B pits 1996 World Cup champions Sri Lanka against the UAE at the Queen’s Sports Club in Bulawayo on June 19, with Oman at Ireland’s Bulawayo Athletic Club in the other game.
The Netherlands play Zimbabwe at the Harare Sports Club on June 20, while Scotland play Ireland in Bulawayo on June 21 at the Queens Sports Club. The Super Six stage begins on June 29, with the bottom two teams from each group advancing to the playoffs.
For the first time in this tournament, DRS will be used in all matches starting from the Super Six stage.
